Public pages set no cookies without your consent. No data is sold or used for advertising.
3. Cookies and audience measurement
Only with your consent, the website loads Google Tag Manager then Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to produce anonymous traffic statistics: most-read pages, traffic sources and devices used. Tag Manager only triggers audience measurement; no other tags are configured. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled; Google Analytics 4 does not record IP addresses.
- Cookies used:
_gaand_ga_<identifiant>(maximum lifetime: 13 months). - Your choice is requested on your first visit, with equally prominent Accept and Reject buttons; it is saved for 6 months.
- You can change your choice at any time: manage my cookies. Rejecting removes existing analytics cookies.
Google may process data in the United States; these transfers are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. More information: Google privacy policy.
Internal audience measurement (TrackOS)
Again, only with your consent, the website loads TrackOS, an audience measurement tool developed and hosted by the website publisher on their own server: https://trackos.amarsyll.pro/track.js. No data is sent to a third party and there are no transfers outside the European Union: the server is located in France (OVH, Gravelines).
- TrackOS uses no cookies, but two identifiers saved in your browser's local storage:
_trkos_vid(visitor identifier) and_trkos_sid(session identifier). - The server receives the page address, title, referring page, browser, screen size, time spent and proportion of the page read.
- Measurement communicates with the server through a direct connection (WebSocket) during your visit.
- Rejecting or withdrawing consent immediately removes these two identifiers.
4. Recipients
Data is accessible only to the website publisher, the hosting provider (for technical logs) and, with consent, Google as the audience measurement processor. TrackOS introduces no additional recipients: it is hosted by the publisher on the same server.
5. Links to other websites
Articles link to the original publications of monitored sources. These websites have their own privacy policies, over which the publisher has no control.
6. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time and to give instructions concerning your data after your death. To exercise these rights: postmaster@amarsyll.pro. You will receive a reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence, including the CNIL in France (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris), or to the authority in the publisher's country of establishment, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome).
7. Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS, applies a strict content security policy and restricts administration access through enhanced authentication.
